Sled Area
A track, entirely dedicated to sleds in Val d'Isère.
Located on the snow front, right next to the Savonette ski lift, the toboggan area allows you to enjoy the slopes but with no technical skiing involved just grab your sled and have fun.
Perfect for children, but also for adults, this activity remains universal and always offers good moments of laughter.
Access to the toboggan run is free but not supervised, children are therefore the responsibility of their parents. The material is not provided. If you have not brought your own sled you can hire one from INTERSPORT Front de neige which is only five minutes from the piste.
The toboggan area also offers the possibility of testing the slope in "Snake Slides". It is simply a collective sledge. Indeed, a set of sleds, all identical, attached to each other to form a "little train" piloted by a guide. The activity can be practiced from 7 to 77 years old, ideal for bringing together the whole family during your holiday. Up to 14 sleds can decent at any one time.
It's also possible to try the Yooner, a sled rises by a ski and piloted by a handle, or the Airboard which is the body board of the snow.
