Apartment SV1-12 has been completely renovated in late fall 2021. In the spirit of the mountain chalets, this apartment has been renovated with quality materials in a spirit mixing modern comfort and authenticity.

Located in the old village, apartment SV1-12 is in an emblematic residence of Val d'Isère, ideally located at the foot of the slopes and only a few meters from the ski lifts.
A quiet and charming area in the centre of Val d'Isère, all shops and restaurants are close to the residence.

Apartment SVI12 can accommodate 4 people comfortably. Located on the 1st floor of the residence with an west exposure, it has a spacious bedroom and a bathroom. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed for two people.

For greater accommodation capacity, we also offer the neighboring apartment, VI-SV1-11, which is also managed by our agency. This unit can host an additional 7 guests, providing complete independence. The two apartments share a common hallway for easy access. Both are decorated in a harmonious style, making them ideal for family or group stays while preserving everyone's privacy.
