APARTMENT AVAILABLE FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY

The chalet Val Village is located in the heart of the old town, a few steps away the church and close to our office. It is a lovely little chalet with only a few apartments in it. Ski slopes access is very easy and shops are very close too.
The apartment CHVA can sleep 4 people. The apartment is tastefully decorated. It is ground floor with a private terrasse facing South, very sunny with stunning view on the snowy roof of the old town's chalets ! There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfy living room.
- Living room : flat screen TV, DVD/Bluray player, L shape sofa
- Kitchen : induction hobs, oven, micro-wave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and washer dryer
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (150 x 200)
- Bathroom 1 : shower, basin, WC
- Bedroom cabine 2 : 1 set of 2 bunk beds (90 x 190)
- Bathroom 2 : shower, basin, WC
- Terrasse facing South
- Ski locker
Included:
- Bedlinen (beds made before arrival)
- Towels (mid-week change)
- Internet WIFI
- Cleaning: End-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen)* and mid-stay cleaning
*The apartment must be left in an acceptable condition. In case of abuse, additional cleaning fees may be applied.
Local tax, due to the town of Val d'Isère is based on the number of adults (older than 18yo).

For your information, an outdoor parking space at the property may sometimes be available but due to the weather conditions cannot be guaranteed in which case there is chargeable town parking available.
Please note that the apartment is very comfortable for 2 people. The apartment sleeps 4, but when occupied by 4 people, especially 4 adults, storage space may be limited.

Appartement agreable, terrasse appreciable par beau temps.
Tres bon sejour
Un petit réassort vaisselle serait souhaitable ( assiettes ébrechees)et une cafetiere type Nespresso serait la bienvenue meme si cela reste un détail!

Appartement décoré avec goût et bien équipé
Bien situé mais finalement un peu loin des points de rencontre de l'ESF avec 2 jeunes enfants dont il faut porter le matériel.
Sinon appartement très agréable en RDc sans véritable vis à vis. Lumineux et facile d'accès car en rdc du chalet.
Cuisine très bien équipée.

Très joli petit appartement, mais à éviter si on est claustrophobe en cas de grosse chute de neige: la presque totalité des fenêtres sont obstruées par la neige.Il n'y avait que 10cm de ''vue''!. Impossible d'ouvrir une fenêtre, on ce serait cru dans un sous sol.
Réponse de Chalet Time : Merci pour votre retour. Comme nous en avons discuté, les conditions d'enneigement cet hiver sont exceptionnelles. La vue et l'ouverture des fenêtres ne posent généralement aucun problème. Avec ces fortes chutes de neige, le service de déneigement n'a pas pu s'occuper de cette terrasse, ce qui a bouché la vue. Nos sincères excuses.

Chalet Time team is very professional and extremely helpful. Our apartment was tiny, but very modern, equipped with everything we needed, close to the slopes and the centre of Val d'Isere. Good choice!
